Terms of Service

Welcome to Arlivra. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Arlivra. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. One account per user

Each member may maintain only one account. Multiple accounts created by the same person, from the same device, or from the same household will be terminated without payout. This rule is enforced by our partner survey providers.

3. Earning rewards

Reward amounts are displayed before you begin each task. Rewards are credited to your account upon successful completion as confirmed by the respective provider. Tasks may be reversed if:

• The provider determines the response was low-quality or fraudulent.
• Technical errors caused incorrect crediting.
• Account fraud is detected.

4. Payouts

• Minimum payout threshold is $5.00 USD or equivalent.
• Payouts are processed within 48 hours for verified accounts.
• First-time payouts may require additional verification.
• Some payment methods have higher minimum thresholds (see the rewards page).
• We reserve the right to delay or refuse payouts where fraud is suspected.

5. Prohibited activities

You may not:

• Use VPNs, proxies, or any method to disguise your true location.
• Use automation, bots, or scripts to complete tasks.
• Submit false, random, or inattentive answers to surveys.
• Create multiple accounts.
• Manipulate or attempt to manipulate the referral system.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or platform internals.

Violations result in account termination and forfeiture of unpaid balance.

6. Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may also close your account at any time from your settings page. Earned balances above the payout threshold can be withdrawn before account closure.

7. Disclaimer of earnings

Arlivra makes no guarantees about how much any individual member will earn. Earnings depend on demographics, available tasks, time invested, and many factors outside our control. Statements about typical earnings are estimates based on aggregate data, not promises.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arlivra and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have earned through the platform in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence and the operating jurisdiction of the platform. Specific dispute resolution venues will be communicated upon legal request.
